Troubleshooting

Use this checklist to fix the most common issues quickly.

Login and onboarding

  • Make sure you are using the right sign-in method.
  • If you reset your password, return using the reset link.
  • Complete onboarding before using your dashboard tools.
  • If a page does not match your role, you may be redirected automatically.

Entry and payment

  • Check that the tournament is open for entries.
  • Make sure your submission was not rejected.
  • If payment was interrupted, reopen the entry page and try again.

Voting issues

  • Confirm the match is live and not expired.
  • Refresh the tournament page to get the latest status.
  • If you already voted, additional votes are blocked for that match.

Notifications and profile

  • Open Notification Settings and confirm your alerts are turned on.
  • Check quiet hours if notifications seem delayed.
  • After profile edits, refresh your public page to verify changes.
  • Follow more relevant tournaments and creators for better recommendations.

Payout checks

  • Payouts can stay pending until tournament settlement finishes.
  • Creators can check payout status on the Earnings page.
  • Tournament Directors should confirm settlement before reporting delays.
  • Admins can review and retry failed payouts on the Admin page.

Contact support when

  • Payout failures repeat across multiple users or tournaments.
  • Payments are confirmed but entries are not updating.
  • Users cannot complete onboarding or authenticate reliably.
  • Moderation or dispute queues are blocked for extended periods.
